Southern Style Spicy Chicken Wings

9 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue Sauce
9 oz. white vinegar
3 oz. olive oil
crushed red pepper
fresh cracked black pepper
Marinade chicken wings for at least 2 hours and up to to 2 days.
1. Using cleaned, disjointed chicken wings, blanch for 2 minutes in a deep fryer at 350 degrees. Drain well and set aside.
2. Prepare Marinade.
3. Spread drained chicken wings on sheet pan and bake at 375 degrees, basting every 10 minutes with marinade for 30 minutes until crispy.
4. Makes 3 pounds of chicken wings.
