Sweet Chili Meatballs

time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 5
Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup minced white onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce
  • Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
Instructions
  • Combine all ingredients, except Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 36 one-ounce meatballs.
  • Place on a sheet pan and bake in a 350-degree oven until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Drain and reserve meatballs.
  • Heat SBR Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a saucepan, add meatballs and toss.
  • Transfer glazed meatballs to a chafing dish or platter. Serve.
