Buffalo Grilled Corn with Blue Cheese

  • 6 ears of corn, shucked
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 5 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce  
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup blue cheese, crumbled  
  • Parsley or cilantro for garnish, chopped


  • Heat grill to medium.
  • Apply oil to each corn cob and place on grill. Cook for 9-11 minutes, turning every few minutes to evenly cook.
  • In a small bowl, combine butter and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  • Remove corn from the grill and baste cobs with sauce. Return the cobs to the grill to allow sauce to set about 1-2 minutes, turning occasionally until corn is completely cooked, brushing with additional sauce if desired.
  • Remove corn from the grill and serve with blue cheese and parsley or cilantro as garnish.
