Spaghetti Squash Parm

Ingredients
- 1 spaghetti squash cut in half
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
- Mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Cut squash in halves.
- Microwave, side down, in a covered glass dish with a little bit of water for 20 minutes or until done.
- Cool and shred spaghetti squash. Drain in a strainer.
- Toss with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce, top with cheese and bake at 350 degree until cheese is bubbly.
