Spicy Garlic Buffalo Meatballs

with Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade and Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic clove, minced
Instructions
  • Heat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and 1/4 of the sauce mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from the oven and top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Top with basil and Parmesan.
  • Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, top with garlic, and bake until brown and crispy.
  • Serving suggestions:
  • Plate in a small cast-iron skillet.
  • Serve with one or two slices of crostini bread.
