Spicy Grilled Shrimp

with Original Hot Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 8
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce
  • 3 pounds jumbo shrimp (or preferred large shrimp), uncooked with shell removed and deveined
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Parsley for garnish, chopped
Instructions
  • Heat grill to medium.
  • Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Hot Sauce, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  • Rinse and pat dry shrimp, then thread shrimp on skewers and baste with sauce.
  • Place shrimp on the grill and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and the meat is white, being careful not to overcook.
  • Plate and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
