Sweet Chili Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup minced white onion
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 18 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Sauce 

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients, except Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 36 one-ounce meatballs.
  • Place on sheet pan and bake in 350-degree oven until internal temperature reached 165 degrees. Drain and reserve meatballs.
  • Heat SBR Sweet Red Chili Sauce in a sauce pan, add meatball and toss.
  • Transfer glazed meatballs to a chafing dish or platter. Serve.
