Mango Habanero Grilled Shrimp

with Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
time: 15 minutes | serves: 6 to 8
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
  • 3 pounds jumbo shrimp, uncooked with shell removed and deveined
  • Parsley & lemon slices for garnish
  • Heat grill to medium.
  • Rinse and pat dry shrimp, then thread on skewers* and baste with Sweet Baby Ray’s Mango Habanero Wing Sauce.
  • Place shrimp on grill and cook 1-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is pink and the meat is white.
  • Plate and garnish with lemon and parsley. Serve immediately with sauce for dipping.
  • If using wooden skewers, make sure to soak in water for 30 minutes before cooking so they don’t burn while on the hot grill.
