Spicy Garlic Sausage Kabobs
with Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce

- 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce
- 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb smoked sausages cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 large onion cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 green bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red bell pepper cut into 1-inch chunks
- 16 cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 8 large skewers
Instructions
- In small bowl, stir together Sweet Baby Ray’s Spicy Garlic Hot Sauce, oil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Heat grill to medium-high heat; grease grate well.
- Onto skewers, evenly thread sausage, onion, green pepper, red pepper and mushrooms. Brush skewers with spicy garlic chili mixture.
- Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until grill marked. Brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Kickin’ Barbecue. Grill, turning occasionally, for 6 to 8 minutes or until barbecue sauce starts to caramelize.
