Pineapple Marinated Crunch Wings

  • 8 oz. pineapple juice
  • 4 oz. coconut milk
  • 2 oz. honey
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
  • 6 oz. SBR Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce
  • 24 each chicken wings


  • Combine first five marinade ingredients and place in non-reactive container with chicken wings for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and grill chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds and place in mixing bowl. Toss with 3 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce until all wings are coated.
  • Remove to serving plate and garnish with 3 oz. sauce and serve immediately.
