Pineapple Marinated Crunch Wings

Ingredients
- 8 oz. pineapple juice
- 4 oz. coconut milk
- 2 oz. honey
- 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, fresh
- 6 oz. SBR Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce
- 24 each chicken wings
Directions
- Combine first five marinade ingredients and place in non-reactive container with chicken wings for minimum 2 hours or overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill chicken wings to 165 F internal temperature for 15 seconds and place in mixing bowl. Toss with 3 oz. Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian Style BBQ Sauce until all wings are coated.
- Remove to serving plate and garnish with 3 oz. sauce and serve immediately.
