Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Bites

with Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 4
  • 1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 pound of bacon slices (cut each slice of uncooked bacon in half)
  • 1 can of chunk pineapple (drained)
  • 1 box of wooden toothpicks
  • Wrap a piece of bacon around a pineapple chunk and secure it with a wooden toothpick.
  • Place each appetizer in a shallow baking dish.
  • Generously, brush each appetizer with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until bacon is cooked completely.
  • Serve in the baking dish if you wish. Serve warm, not hot.
