Spiced Pineapple BBQ Spare Ribs

with Hawaiian Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless pork spare ribs, cut into 4 oz. portions
  • 3 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Hawaiian BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 pineapple rings
  • 1 red bell pepper, large dice
  • 1 green bell pepper, large dice
  • 1 white onion, large dice
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, granulated
  • 1 tsp salt, Kosher
  • 1 tsp pepper, black, ground
Instructions
  • Using a small mixing bowl, mix the BBQ sauce and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Marinate the spare ribs overnight in 1 ½ cups of the BBQ sauce.
  • Grill the spare ribs (separately) on both sides until an internal temperature of 155 degrees. While the pork is grilling, mix the oil and seasoning and grill the pineapple and vegetable until slightly charred.
  • Glaze the pork with the remaining BBQ sauce and mix the pork and vegetables together.
  • Serve and enjoy!
