Buffalo Sheet Pan Chicken & Cauliflower

with Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 pound chicken drumsticks
  • 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  • Add chicken and Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and toss until well combined.
  • Arrange cauliflower and chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 45 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cauliflower is tender.
