Garlic Buffalo Parmesan Chicken Quesadilla

with Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce and Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • "Four 10"" flour tortillas
  • 12 oz. chicken breast, grilled and diced into 1/4"" pieces
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced 1/4""
  • 2 fluid ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade
  • 2 fluid ounces Sweet Baby Ray’s Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 cup avocado, diced 1/4""
  • 1 tbsp melted butter for grilling

  • Toss the warm diced chicken with the Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade and Sweet Baby Ray's Mild Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  • Drizzle some butter in a cast-iron pan or on a flat-top grill, medium heat.
  • Place 2 tortillas on the grill.
  • Top each tortilla with chicken, then tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Cover each with the second tortilla shell.
  • Remove from heat and cut into 4-6 wedges.
  • Plate and serve with sour cream and/or pico de gallo and lime wedges.
