Nashville Hot Grilled Chicken Skewers

with Nashville Hot Wing Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Nashville Hot Wing Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Baby dill pickles for garnish
  • Add chicken to a bowl and toss with 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Nashville Hot sauce. Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes to marinate.
  • In a separate bowl, add potatoes and onion and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Once chicken has finished marinating, heat the grill to 400 F.
  • Thread skewers* alternately with chicken, potatoes and red onion and place in a baking dish.
  • Grill for 3-4 minutes per side and brush with the remaining ½ cup of sauce after each rotation.
  • Remove skewers from grill and let rest for 10 minutes. Add pickles for garnish.
