  • 4 pounds pork butt, boneless
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet ‘n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • ¾ cup garlic, granulated
  • ¼ cup black pepper, ground
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • 1 pound or package of frozen french fries
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese

Pulled Pork
  • Place the pork into a large baking pan. Generously season the pork on all sides with the garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil. Roast covered in a 350 degree convection oven for 3-4 hours, or until the pork is fork tender and the meat can be pulled easily apart.
  • Remove, uncover and let cool for 30-60 minutes to where the pork is still hot/warm, but manageable enough to be pulled apart.
  • Pull the pork, slightly shredding as you separate the fat from the meat.
  • Place the pulled pork on a large baking pan and mix with Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet ‘n Spicy Barbecue Sauce to desired amount. Refrigerate to cool to below 41 degrees. Cover and reserve until needed. Discard the fat.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange fries on a large baking sheet and bake fries according to package directions. Fries may also be deep fried.
  • When fries are done, remove from oven and top with cheddar cheese and pulled pork.
  • Drizzle with BBQ sauce.
  • Place back into the oven and bake until cheese has melted, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and place fries on a serving platter.
