Spaghetti Squash Parm

with Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 4
  • 1 spaghetti squash cut in half
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cut the squash in halves.
  • Microwave, side down, in a covered glass dish with a little bit of water for 20 minutes or until done.
  • Cool and shred the spaghetti squash. Drain in a strainer.
  • Toss with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet 'n Spicy Barbecue Sauce, top with cheese, and bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is bubbly.
