Kickin’ BBQ Summer Chicken Skewers
with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Kickin’ Barbecue Sauce

- 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Kickin’ Barbecue Sauce
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/2 large red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 zucchini, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 large metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium heat; grease grates well.
- Onto skewers, evenly thread chicken, onion, orange pepper, red pepper, yellow pepper and zucchini. Brush skewers with oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, for 10 to 12 minutes or until grill marked. Brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Kickin’ Barbecue Sauce. Grill, turning occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and barbecue sauce has started to caramelize.
