Sweet Chili Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze
- 2 cups sweet potato, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- olive oil, for tossing
- kosher salt
- black pepper grinder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet tray with parchment paper.
- Wash and peel sweet potatoes and chop into thin, matchstick-shaped fries.
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread sweet potatoes in single layer on parchment-covered baking sheet.
- Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
- Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
- Place on a decorative plate, garnished with chopped cilantro and serve with a side of the Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze.
