Sweet Chili Sweet Potato Fries

  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze
  • 2 cups sweet potato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • olive oil, for tossing
  • kosher salt
  • black pepper grinder
  • Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet tray with parchment paper.
  • Wash and peel sweet potatoes and chop into thin, matchstick-shaped fries.
  • In a large bowl, toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread sweet potatoes in a single layer on the parchment-covered baking sheet.
  • Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
  • Let cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  • Place on a decorative plate, garnished with chopped cilantro and serve with a side of the Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Glaze.
