Sweet Chili Sheet Pan Salmon

with Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 pound salmon, sliced
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 cups zucchini, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade (undefined)
  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Arrange on a large sheet pan and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and add salmon fillets, skin side down.
  • Whisk together garlic, salt, pepper, and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Wing Sauce & Marinade and brush it on the salmon fillets.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the salmon is cooked through. Serve immediately.
