Sweet Red Chili Chicken

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken breasts, even thickness
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Scallions, chopped for garnish
  • Lime for garnish
  • Cooked basmati rice


  • In a large resealable bag, add Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Red Chili Sauce & Marinade, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt and lime juice. Place chicken breasts inside and let marinate in the fridge for an hour or overnight.
  • Preheat grill to medium high heat. Once heated, put chicken on for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove chicken once it’s been cooked through.
  • Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and a lime wedge and serve with cooked basmati rice.
