Golden BBQ Chicken Cutlet BLT

with Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 6
  • 1 pound chicken cutlets
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 4 eggs (combined with a splash of water)
  • 1/2 pound cooked bacon
  • 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce (divided)
  • 1 package brioche buns
  • shredded lettuce
  • sliced tomato
  • Place flour, egg and water mixture, breadcrumbs, and SBR Golden BBQ Sauce in separate bowls. In this order, dredge cutlets, repeating breadcrumbs after the Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce. (This adds an extra layer of breadcrumbs while incorporating the sauce.)
  • Bake on a non-stick sheet in a 375-degree oven for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Mix 1 tablespoon Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce with 1/2 cup mayonnaise to put on bread.
  • Add bacon, lettuce, and tomato to taste. Serve and enjoy!
