Golden Deviled Eggs

with Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 6
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Golden Mustard Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/4 cup sweet onion (diced)
  • 1 small smoked ham steak (diced)
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Place 12 eggs into a large pot, fill with water until eggs are covered by 1 inch of water. (Optional add 1 tablespoon vinegar to water).
  • Place eggs on high heat, when water starts to rapidly boil turn heat off.
  • Leave pot covered for 15 minutes.
  • Drain eggs from water and let cool.
  • Peel shells off eggs, cut in half and place egg yolks in a separate bowl.
  • Add salt, diced sweet onion, and Sweet Golden Mustard to the egg yolks and mix together.
  • Spoon the mixture into the egg whites, add diced ham steak to the top of eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
