BBQ Flank Steak Sandwich

Ingredients
Marinade:
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Zest of ½ a lime
Mayonnaise:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- 1 green onion minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Directions
- Place flank steak in a shallow dish. Combine the 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, oil and lime zest. Pour over the steak, turn to coat.
- Cover and marinate at least 4 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Remove from marinade and cook on a grill rack set over hot coals for 10-12 minutes, turning once.
- While the steak is cooking, combine ingredients for the mayonnaise until well blended. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bottom half of your favorite bun, layer with lettuce and thinly sliced steak.
- Top with bun tops. Makes 8 sandwiches.
