Chipotle BBQ Ranch Burger

with Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle BBQ Sauce
  • ½ cup Ken’s Steak House Ranch Dressing
  • 1 1/2 pounds of 85% lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Onion powder to taste
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Sliced tomato
  • Sliced red onion
  • In a bowl, combine Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce with Ken's Steak House Ranch Dressing to create Chipotle BBQ Ranch sauce. Mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully incorporated.
  • Shape patties to the desired size.
  • On a preheated grill or skillet, cook burgers to the desired temperature. During the last few minutes of cooking, melt the cheese on top of the burgers.
  • Assemble by placing burgers on buns and drizzling Chipotle BBQ Ranch sauce on top. Add preferred toppings.
