Honey Chipotle Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
- Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce
- 6 jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- ¼ cup green onion, chopped
- ¼ cup cheddar, shredded
- Bacon
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cheddar, green onion, cream cheese and Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue Sauce.
- Slice jalapeños in half the long way. Fill each of the 12 jalapeño halves with mixture and place evenly on a nonstick baking sheet.
- Cut bacon strips in half and wrap around each filled jalapeño. Using a sauce brush, cover each jalapeño with more Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Chipotle Barbecue sauce as desired.
- Bake in oven for 15 minutes, until bacon is crispy.
- Remove baking sheet from oven and transfer jalapeños to a plate. Top with scallions and serve with extra barbecue sauce for dipping!
