  • 8 slices of toasted white sandwich bread
  • 1 pound of thick cut bacon
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Maple Barbecue Sauce
  • 8 pieces of green leaf lettuce  
  • 8 slices of vine ripened tomatoes
  • 8 tablespoons of mayonnaise


Maple BBQ Bacon
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Lay bacon on a foil lined pan.
  • Glaze bacon with Sweet Baby Ray’s Maple Barbecue Sauce and place into oven.
  • Bake for 15-17 minutes or until crispy.
  • Remove bacon from pan onto a paper towel lined plate.
  • Toast the 8 slices of bread.
  • To assemble sandwiches, apply mayo to toasted bread (more or less to taste).
  • Add 1 piece of lettuce on top of 4 slices of bread, followed by 2 tomato slices.
  • Place 3 slices of bacon evenly on top of tomato.
  • Top again with one more leaf of lettuce.
  • Top with remaining toast slice.
