Maple BBQ Turkey Breasts

with Maple Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 2 pounds turkey breast
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Maple Barbecue Sauce
  • 1/2 stick of butter at room temperature
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons ground pepper
  • Blot turkey breast dry with a paper towel (this makes for crispy skin) and remove any excess skin or fat.
  • Combine butter with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Loosen the skin of the turkey while still leaving it attached. Rub butter on the breast.
  • Preheat your grill to high, then turn down to low/medium heat.
  • Place turkey on the grill in a deep-sided foil pan and roast over the low/medium heat for about 20 minutes, flipping at 10 minutes.
  • Baste the turkey with Sweet Baby Ray's Maple BBQ sauce and cook for about 3 more minutes.
  • When turkey has finished, remove from heat and let rest under aluminum foil for a few minutes before carving.
