Spicy Garlic Buffalo Meatballs

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan, shaved
  • 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic clove, minced

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 F.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg and ¼ of the sauce mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
  • Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from oven and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
  • Top with basil and Parmesan.
  • Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, top with garlic and bake until brown and crispy.
 Serving suggestions:
  • Plate in a small cast-iron skillet.
  • Serve with one or two slices of crostini bread.
