Spicy Garlic Buffalo Meatballs

Ingredients
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan, shaved
- 1 French baguette, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic clove, minced
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce.
- In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg and ¼ of the sauce mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Roll mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from oven and top with remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Top with basil and Parmesan.
- Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, top with garlic and bake until brown and crispy.
Serving suggestions:
- Plate in a small cast-iron skillet.
- Serve with one or two slices of crostini bread.
