Tomato Sausage Flatbread

with Garlic Parmesan Sauce & Marinade
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 2 to 4
  • 1 flatbread crust
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, roasted, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup white onion, caramelized
  • 1/4 cup plum tomato, halved, dry roasted
  • 1/2 cup Italian fennel sausage, cooked
  • 2 tbsp basil, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Romano, grated
  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Place flatbread crust on a baking sheet and brush with Sweet Baby Ray's Garlic Parmesan Sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.
  • Evenly distribute mozzarella, pepper, onion, tomato, and sausage over the crust.
  • Bake in the oven until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Top with basil and Romano.
