Tomato Sausage Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread crust
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, roasted, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup white onion, caramelized
  • ¼ cup plum tomato, halved, dry roasted
  • ½ cup Italian fennel sausage, cooked
  • 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Romano, grated

Directions

  • Heat oven to 425 F.
  • Place flatbread crust on baking sheet and brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.
  • Evenly distribute mozzarella, pepper, onion, tomato and sausage over crust.
  • Bake in oven until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  • Top with basil and Romano.
