Tomato Sausage Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1 flatbread crust
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- ½ cup mozzarella
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, roasted, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup white onion, caramelized
- ¼ cup plum tomato, halved, dry roasted
- ½ cup Italian fennel sausage, cooked
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Romano, grated
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 F.
- Place flatbread crust on baking sheet and brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides.
- Evenly distribute mozzarella, pepper, onion, tomato and sausage over crust.
- Bake in oven until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Top with basil and Romano.
