Bacon, Egg & Cheeseburger

  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce
  • 6 English muffins, lightly toasted and cut in half
  • 12 cooked bacon slices, cut in half
    6 fried eggs
  • 6 slices sharp cheddar cheese


  • Preheat grill to medium high heat, then brush and lightly oil the grates.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix fully, then shape into 6 round patties.
  • Place the burgers onto the hot grill and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Grill on each side for 3-4 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Just before removing from the grill, add cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
  • To assemble, place each burger on a halved English muffin, followed by a fried egg and bacon, then top with Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Barbecue Sauce and the English muffin top.
