Chicken Teriyaki Meatballs

with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 5
Ingredients
  • Meatballs:
  • 1 pound of ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • Garnish:
  • Sesame seeds
  • Chopped green onion
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, garlic, salt, and 1/2 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Marinade.
  • Roll the chicken mixture into 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch meatballs, forming around 40 meatballs.
  • Place meatballs onto a prepared baking sheet and bake until golden brown and cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
  • Place cooked meatballs into a large bowl and toss to coat with the remaining Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Marinade.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
