Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Steak Kabobs

with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade and Original Hot Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Marinade
  • 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 white onion, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Optional: sesame seeds, green onion, cilantro for garnish
  • Thread the skewers alternately with steak, onions, peppers, and tomatoes and place in a baking dish.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Hot Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Marinade until mixed together.
  • Pour 2/3 of the sauce mixture over the skewers in the baking dish. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for 2 hours. Discard the used sauce after marinating.
  • Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with additional sauce mixture after each rotation.
  • Remove skewers and let rest for 10 minutes. Brush again with the sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro, and green onion for garnish.
