Sweet Teriyaki Pork Kabobs

with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
time: 15 minutes | serves: 1 to 6
  • 3 cups Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 ¼  pounds pork loin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 3 peaches, cut into ¾-inch thick wedges
  • 1 red onion, cut into ½-inch thick wedges
  • Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Marinate the pork loin in a container with Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade for 2 hours in the fridge or overnight.
  • Thread pork, peaches, and red onion onto grilling skewers, alternating ingredients to make 4 or 5 mixed kabobs.
  • Place the skewers onto the grill and turn them occasionally for 5 minutes. Continue grilling and glazing the skewers with sauce until the pork is just cooked through (no pink in the middle), for about 4 minutes more.
  • Serve warm.
