Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
Ingredients
  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 large red pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large orange pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 small zucchinis cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 medium yellow onions cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
  • Combine chicken pieces with 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade and marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
  • Heat grill to medium-high.
  • Using a metal kabob skewer, alternate meat and veggies on skewers and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Place kabobs on the grill.
  • Grill kabobs until chicken reaches 165°F, turning occasionally. Baste the kabobs with the remaining ½ cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade when they are nearly cooked.
  • Cover loosely with foil and let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
