Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs
with Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade

- 2 large chicken breasts cut into 2-inch chunks
- 1 large red pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large orange pepper cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 small zucchinis cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 medium yellow onions cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 ½ cups Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
- Drizzle of olive oil
Instructions
- Combine chicken pieces with 1 cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade and marinate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Heat grill to medium-high.
- Using a metal kabob skewer, alternate meat and veggies on skewers and drizzle with olive oil.
- Place kabobs on the grill.
- Grill kabobs until chicken reaches 165°F, turning occasionally. Baste the kabobs with the remaining ½ cup of Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade when they are nearly cooked.
- Cover loosely with foil and let sit 5-10 minutes before serving.
