Sweet Teriyaki Steak Tacos with Corn Salsa

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • 2 cups corn
  • ½ of a red onion, diced
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Olive oil
  • Marinate the steak in Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade for 2 hours.
  • On a heated grill, cook steak to the desired temperature.
  • To make corn salsa, combine corn, red onion, garlic, oil, cilantro, and lime juice in a bowl and mix.
  • Slice the cooked steak into thin strips.
  • Lightly grill corn tortillas and place steak strips on top.
  • Spoon corn salsa over tacos.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and cilantro.
