Two 3 ounce portions of uncooked ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
Sesame oil
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
6 cups chicken broth
1 tsp minced ginger
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup bean sprouts
6 scallions, sliced, white and green parts separated
Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork with granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper and let stand.
In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and pork slices. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done, then remove pork.
Add white scallions and ginger to the drippings in the Dutch oven. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
Once the broth is boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil until tender.
In a medium-sized pan placed over medium-high heat, add Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade to the pork slices. Cook for 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.
Assemble ramen by adding broth, noodles, and vegetables and topping with teriyaki pork.
Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining scallions.
