time: 15 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • ½ pound sliced pork tenderloin
  • Two 3 ounce portions of uncooked ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • Sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 6 scallions, sliced, white and green parts separated
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the pork with granulated garlic, salt, and black pepper and let stand.
  • In a Dutch oven over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and pork slices. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until done, then remove pork.
  • Add white scallions and ginger to the drippings in the Dutch oven. Cook, stirring for 1-2 minutes, then add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  • Once the broth is boiling, add the ramen noodles and boil until tender.
  • In a medium-sized pan placed over medium-high heat, add Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade to the pork slices. Cook for 3 minutes or until the mixture thickens, then remove from heat.
  • Assemble ramen by adding broth, noodles, and vegetables and topping with teriyaki pork.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining scallions.
