Honey Mustard Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pound red skin potatoes
- ¼ of a red onion
- 1 cup cheddar, shredded
- ½ pound bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Scallions
Directions
- Cut potatoes into quarters and boil.
- Cook bacon in a skillet, then cool and crumble.
- Add potatoes to skillet.
- Dice red onion and scallions.
- Combine cooked potatoes, bacon, half of the scallions, red onion, salt and pepper into large bowl, then add Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and mix.
- Serve potato salad in small bowl and top with cheddar and the rest of the scallions.
