Hot Honey Mustard Ham and Cheese

with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce and Hot Sauce
time: 15 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
  • 16 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese
  • 8 slices preferred bread
  • 2-3 tablespoons butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce
  • In a bowl, combine Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce with your preferred amount of Sweet Baby Ray's Hot Sauce to create Hot Honey Mustard sauce. Mix well.
  • Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of 4 slices of bread.
  • On top of the cheese, drizzle the preferred amount of Hot Honey Mustard sauce, layer on 2 slices of ham, and top off with remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Place sandwiches on the hot skillet, cooking about 3-4 minutes on each side. Flip when golden brown.
  • Sandwiches are done when the cheese is fully melted and the ham is warm. Serve with chips or fries.
