Sweet & Spicy Teriyaki Steak Kabobs

Ingredients
- ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Marinade
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1 ½-inch pieces
- 1 red, 1 green and 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 white onion, cut into 1 ½-inch pieces
- ½ cup olive oil
- Optional: sesame seeds, green onion, cilantro for garnish
Directions
- Thread the skewers* alternately with steak, onions, peppers and tomatoes and place in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk the Sweet Baby Ray’s Hot Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Marinade until mixed together.
- Pour 2/3 of the sauce mixture over the skewers in baking dish. Place in refrigerator and marinate for 2 hours in the fridge. Discard used sauce after marinating.
- Heat a grill to medium-high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with additional sauce mixture after each rotation.
- Remove skewers and let rest for 10 minutes. Brush again with sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds, cilantro and green onion for garnish
* Make sure to soak wooden (or use metal) skewers for 30 minutes before cooking so they don't burn while on the hot grill.
