BBQ Mac and Cheese Burger

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 brioche buns
- Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
- 4 slices cheddar
- 1 cup onions, fried
- Elbow macaroni and cheese
Directions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
- Shape patties to desired size.
- On a heated grill, cook burgers to the desired temperature.
- Add cheese to burgers.
- Assemble by adding barbecue sauce on the bottom bun and on top of the cheese. Scoop a large spoonful of mac and cheese and place it on top of the burger.
- Top with onions.
