BBQ Mac and Cheese Burger

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche buns 
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 1 cup  onions, fried
  • Elbow macaroni and cheese


  • In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt and pepper until fully incorporated.
  • Shape patties to desired size.
  • On a heated grill, cook burgers to the desired temperature.
  • Add cheese to burgers.
  • Assemble by adding barbecue sauce on the bottom bun and on top of the cheese. Scoop a large spoonful of mac and cheese and place it on top of the burger.
  • Top with onions.
