SBR BBQ Chicken Dip

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15-30 minutes | serves: 1 to 5
  • 2-3 pounds of frozen chicken wings (defrosted)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 6 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce and Glaze
  • salt and pepper
  • celery sticks
  • ranch dressing
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ½ cup BBQ sauce, and red onion. Mix well.
  • Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
  • Place 1 oz. BBQ sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over top in a circular fashion.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
  • Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or tortilla chips.
