SBR BBQ Chicken Dip
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 2-3 pounds of frozen chicken wings (defrosted)
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 6 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
- 3 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce and Glaze
- salt and pepper
- celery sticks
- ranch dressing
- Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, ½ cup BBQ sauce, and red onion. Mix well.
- Spread in the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top.
- Place 1 oz. BBQ sauce in a squeeze bottle and drizzle over top in a circular fashion.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with scallions and serve warm with pita chips, breadsticks, or tortilla chips.
