BBQ-Glazed Meatloaf

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: Over An Hour | serves: 1 to 8
  • 2 pounds ground beef, or pork veal
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • ½ cup white onion, diced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce for brushing meatloaf
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix ground meat, bread crumbs, onion, egg, ½ cup SBR Original Barbecue Sauce, cheese, and seasonings in a large bowl or stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Mix until ingredients are incorporated.
  • Shape into a loaf on a shallow baking pan. Brush remaining ½ cup barbecue sauce over the top.
  • Bake until the minimum internal temperature is 165 degrees F in the center (approximately 45-50 minutes). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
