Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Crunch Wraps

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15 minutes | serves: 3 to 4
  • 1 pound pulled pork
  • 1 pound mac & cheese
  • 4 burrito tortillas
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 2 jalapenos, sliced
  • 4 pickle spears, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sweet Baby Ray's Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Place a corn tortilla in the skillet and cook on both sides until crispy. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
  • Spread Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce in the center of each burrito tortilla.
  • Top with pulled pork, mac & cheese, pickles, and jalapenos. Add a corn tortilla on top and fold closed.
  • Heat the remaining tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet and place the crunchwrap, folded side down, on the skillet. Cook for two minutes or until golden brown, flip, and cook for an additional two minutes on the other side.
