Barbecue Corned Beef

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 30-60 minutes | serves: 4
  • 1 large brisket
  • Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Foil Pan
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
  • Take the brisket and put it into the pan, fat side up. Poke about a hundred holes with a fork into the meat being careful not to pierce the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover generously with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce and bake in the oven at 350 degrees.
  • Bake about 25 minutes per pound. Cook until tender. You can also use your grill with indirect heat and add 7-10 minutes per pound.
  • Remove from the pan and slice or pull. Add more Sweet Baby Ray’s and call some friends.
