BBQ Steak and Potato Skewers

with Original Barbecue Sauce
time: 15 minutes | serves: 1 to 4
Ingredients
  • 1 lb new potatoes, about 1” in diameter
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, plus additional for seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt, plus additional for seasoning
  • 2 striploin steaks, cut into 1” cubes
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut water chestnuts in half, cut bacon in thirds, and cut pineapple into 1-inch pieces.
  • Stack one-half water chestnut and a piece of pineapple, then wrap bacon around tightly. Secure with a toothpick.
  • Place on a baking sheet and generously drizzle with Sweet Baby Ray's.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
