Barbecue Teriyaki Pork Tacos

with Original Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds boneless pork roast
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup cabbage
  • 1 cup red onion slaw
  • Corn tortillas
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • Scallions (optional)
  • Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
Instructions
  • Place pork roast in a slow cooker. Add ½ cup of water, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Drain slow cooker of excess liquid, then shred pork with two forks.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade. Pour over shredded pork and stir to combine.
  • In a small bowl, mix carrots, cabbage, and red onion.
  • To serve, stuff shredded pork into corn tortillas and top with red onion slaw, sesame seeds, and scallions, as desired.
