Barbecue Teriyaki Pork Tacos
with Original Barbecue Sauce

- 2 pounds boneless pork roast
 - ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
 - ½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
 - 1 cup carrots
 - 1 cup cabbage
 - 1 cup red onion slaw
 - Corn tortillas
 - Sesame seeds (optional)
 - Scallions (optional)
 - Original Barbecue Sauce BBQ (undefined)
 
Instructions
- Place pork roast in a slow cooker. Add ½ cup of water, cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours. Drain slow cooker of excess liquid, then shred pork with two forks.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Sweet Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade. Pour over shredded pork and stir to combine.
 - In a small bowl, mix carrots, cabbage, and red onion.
 - To serve, stuff shredded pork into corn tortillas and top with red onion slaw, sesame seeds, and scallions, as desired.
