Crockpot Chicken

  • 2 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce
  • ¼ cup light or dark brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper


  • Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper in a bowl and mix until combined
  • Place chicken breast in crockpot with chicken broth and cover with sauce.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  • Remove chicken and pull apart until completely shredded. Add back to the crockpot and stir well to coat with BBQ sauce.
